Natalia Baer is Head of Climate Strategy for Private Markets. She works with Persefoni's financial services customers as well as private equity sponsored companies. Prior to joining Persefoni in 2021, Natalia spent 15 years in investment management at Benefit Street Partners (Franklin Templeton), Perella Weinberg Partners and Barclays.

Jonathan Strand builds engaging, unique, and data-centric brands and experiences. With a background in environmental geosciences, Jonathan combines quantitative analysis with pixel-perfect design aesthetic to communicate complex ideas simply. Now the Chief Brand & Creative Officer at Persefoni, he oversees diverse teams to ensure the impact of Persefoni's message: shit's on fire, and we need to fix it.

Emily is Chief Global Policy Officer & Associate General Counsel. She joined Persefoni from the U.S. SEC, where she served as Assistant Director in the Office of International Affairs. In this capacity, she worked with regulators around the world and advised the Commission on a variety of cross-border regulatory policy issues, particularly on climate and sustainability disclosure. Prior to that, Pierce was in private practice at the law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and received her undergraduate degree from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
