Overview

Jordan Chamberlain is the Vice President of Climate Analytics & Solutions at Persefoni. In this role, she provides carbon accounting guidance and supports clients as they leverage the platform to understand their carbon footprint. Jordan has a background in sustainability consulting, enabling organizations to measure and manage their environmental impacts. Jordan specializes in strategy and goal setting, supply chain engagement, life cycle assessment (LCA), and greenhouse gas (GHG) or carbon accounting. She has worked with companies from small higher education institutions to Fortune 100 tech to understand their material impacts, set goals, and make progress towards those goals. Jordan has also worked in-house at VF Corporation, a Fortune 500 apparel and footwear retailer, driving improvements to the organizations LCA and GHG accounting practices and helping them set a science based target (SBT) approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Jordan has a Master of Environmental Science and Management (MESM) degree from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Deputy General Counsel & Chief Sustainability Officer

Kristina is Deputy General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer at Persefoni. She joins Persefoni from the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, where she served as Senior Counsel for Climate & ESG to the Director of the Division of Corporation Finance, and led the team drafting the Climate Disclosure Proposal. Prior to joining the SEC, Kristina served as Senior Counsel and Director of Sustainability at the global law firm Latham & Watkins. She holds an MBA in Sustainability from Yale University, a JD from the University of Colorado, and a BA from Duke University.

Natalia Baer is Head of Climate Strategy for Private Markets. She works with Persefoni's financial services customers as well as private equity sponsored companies. Prior to joining Persefoni in 2021, Natalia spent 15 years in investment management at Benefit Street Partners (Franklin Templeton), Perella Weinberg Partners and Barclays.
