Kristen Sullivan

Overview

Kristen Sullivan is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and leads Sustainability and ESG Services. She also serves as the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited’s Global Audit & Assurance Sustainability and Climate Services Leader and the Integrated Reporting Community of Practice Leader. Kristen brings extensive experience in delivering sustainability risk assessment, governance, strategy alignment, measurement, reporting, and assurance services. Kristen serves as a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Community, chairs the AICPA Sustainability Advisory and Assurance Task Force and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB)/AICPA Task Force. She previously served on the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) Working Group. Kristen has more than 27 years of experience with Deloitte, beginning her career in Deloitte’s Audit and Advisory Services, working in Deloitte’s National Office in several capacities, and working with the deputy CEO of Deloitte LLP focused on regulatory and public policy matters.

Dave Curran is Co-Chair of the Sustainability & ESG Advisory Practice at Paul, Weiss and Executive Director of the ESG and Law Institute. Dave is a recognized leader in helping complex organizations build resilience. In addition to his work in the ESG space, he has more than 30 years of experience in legal, technology, compliance, risk and ethics roles at FiscalNote, Thomson Reuters, IntraLinks, Integrity Interactive, Havas, Vertis and Campbell Soup Company. Dave has led many popular thought leadership conversations with senior executives on a variety of topics where business and technology intersect with the legal, compliance and risk ecosystems, including Transforming Law, Big Data, #MeToo and many others. Dave also serves as co-chair of the New York State Bar Association’s ESG Committee and was named in the National Association of Corporate Directors’ 2022 NACD Directorship 100.
