Kentaro Kawamori is CEO & Co-Founder of Persefoni, a prominent Climate Software company. Persefoni's Climate Management & Accounting SaaS Platform is used by companies and financial institutions worldwide to account for, disclose, and manage their climate impact. Kentaro is a serial entrepreneur, his first venture-backed enterprise software business, Umbrage, was acquired by Bain & Co. in 2023. He was also an early-stage software investor at Rice Investment Group and held technical and executive roles at major technology firms, including serving as the Chief Data Officer at Chesapeake Energy. Kentaro has been honored with several awards for his exceptional work, including Forbes 30 Under 30, EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and SXSW Startup Competition.

Billy started his career auditing internal controls and financial statements for SEC companies in Chicago. He went on to obtain his MBA and then spent several years at Accenture in San Francisco focusing on technology strategies. Now at Persefoni, he is passionate about working with companies to introduce technology that will help them solve the internal control and reporting challenges organizations face while trying to manage and disclose their carbon risk. He also has a masters of accountancy, was a NCAA rower at UC San Diego, and spent 5 years coaching teams while working on degrees at DePaul and Duke.

Greg is the Chief Technology Officer at Persefoni. He is an experienced technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in consulting and industry. Prior to Persefoni, Greg was a Managing Director in Accenture's Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure team. Before Accenture, Greg worked on a private equity turnaround team for Intermet Corporation and also spent time at Deloitte Consulting.
